Hampton Inn & Suites Rexburg

The staff were amazing. The rooms were huge and super clean. We spent 2 nights and they made our bed for us the next night. Great service. Only thing I could give a negative would be the beds are very firm. Can't please everybody..lol

This is a well-maintained and professionally run Hilton property. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the rooms were very clean and quiet. It's convenient to the highway and has dining options within walking distance. It's a little far from the city center but otherwise a very convenient location. I would definitely return.

Staying at this hotel was mostly a positive experience. The good: The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast included cheese omelets, sausage patties and potatoes. These items were all very good. The hotel employees were friendly and efficient. The bad: We were looking forward to using the indoor pool and hot tub but the heater was broken so they were very cold. The ice machine on our floor was not working. Elevators were very slow. The bathroom door in our room was a barn door style but we would have preferred a regular bathroom door. Our room was noisy. We could easily hear people walking around in the room above us and people talking in the halls. The banana bread mini muffins they served at breakfast were edible but dry. The beds were a little too firm.

We travel through here annually. This is the best hotel we've found in the area! Front desk woman was extra helpful, accommodating, and nice. Rooms were huge and exceptionally clean. Zero brand shampoo/ conditioner/ lotion in the room. It's pet friendly but noticed absolutely no smells or other signs of previous pets. (Including stray poops outside) Indoor pool was clean and nice and warm. Breakfast was decent, better than most hotel breakfasts. We made reservations directly through the hotel website. PLENTY of parking, even for RVs. Only half a mile off the freeway, so very convenient too. We plan to use this again for future travels.

Excellent! Check in was smooth and easy. The room was clean and very large. Staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a restaurant in the same parking lot walkable from the hotel. The hotel is right off the highway. Breakfast is great. Checkout is at noon. There’s a pool and laundry. Shower was large with great water pressure. Bed was comfy. 10/10 recommend!

This is a very nice, clean hotel with friendly staff and a good restaurant right next door. I left my tablet in my room and received a call after I had checked out to let me know they would send it to me in the mail. I appreciated them proactively taking care of this before I had even discovered it missing. Overall, excellent experience.

Easy to find. BEAUTIFUL large and conveniently laid-out rooms. Very kind and helpful staff. Pet friendly without showing that other pets had been there before. The kids loved the little pool. My dogs loved the nicely maintained pet area. Highly, Highly recommend!
